WAIVER: Hang gliding & Paragliding are action sports involving motion through the air. Participation in these sports represents significant danger of injury or death even when practiced under ideal conditions.Morningside can not be held responsible for injuries or consequences of accidents while participating in any activities or during vehicular transport. Morningside offers or maintains no intent to supply insurance of any kind. Product liability insurance does not exist. Users assume all responsibility of liability and shall hold Morningside and MORNINGSIDE PERSONNEL blameless for any injuries or expenses sustained while on the premises.
